Bus captains who greet passengers...

Haven't met any for a long long time till today...on service 166. He greeted passengers with quite a mouthful of words-didnt really catch what he said coz I boarded and walked in very fast.But I could catch something like "Good afternoon" or something like that. Don't think he is local as well.
Anyone here knows who I am talking about?
Have you met other B.Cs who greet people?

No svc 17 has one perm old but Kind driver who greets passengers and say gdbye to passenger also, He the one get the most Badges suai la didnt know his name.

There was once I board service 52 at IMM and the bus driver was a young man. He greeted "Good Afternoon" and nodded his head (a la Korean style). He even waited for me to sit down (although I'm not a senior citizen) then he continued his bus journey. I knew that because I was the only one boarding the bus and I looked at his front mirror. I saw him looking at me. Well... he certainly made my day...!
(unlike that 198 driver that I always meet.)

There's one occasionally on 54 too...but it's hard to catch him since 54 doesn't have fixed drivers most of the time :x
