171 @ 6:25am Bukit Panjang Road (Blk 223) Bus stop used to have one Indian male driver that greets every single commuter that boards the bus. Wonder if he is still on 171 shift.

Service 72 got one cap driver does and got one Service 27 auntie driver does -.-
and i remember got one driver who drove SBS9810X on 143 last year greet like weird lol.

lets see, BC ang chia seng from 119 does greet u with a smile and a nod, but thats when he was on 119, now according to oceane (was it oceane? ah nvm) he's a scania trainer, teaching new BC how to drive scania.

I remembered Foo Kim Ming and Foo Kim Siong (the 2 brothers) from service 169 who will always greet passengers upon boarding the bus. Once they were even featured in the newpapers.

if not wrong travel around kallang bahru
he greet
he also scold, he tell passenger not to stand while bus not complete stop
press bell, wait for bus stop then can stand up walk to door alight
he will wait for elderly to complete sit before move off
and while sit, his speed pick up for his stopped waiting lost time

There is one BC from Sv 101 who will also greet passengers that board the bus -
For those long trips svcs, the BCs sure need a big water-bottle

Former SBS2779A 156 BC. Greets every pax who board and alight. Now he resign then soon after, bus got redeployed.
There's a sv57 BC who greets pax who board and alight too, but just once for all.

Nobody can beat the famous BC who does Next-Stop-Bus announcement.

actually i prefer a bus driver who doesn't greet. I take the bus to travel and most of the time i really just want my own peace and to keep to myself. or to just stone when I'm not fully awake in the morning.
Having some one greet you sort of obliges you to at least acknowledge (manners i guess). too much work...........

Yup.
He greets everyone when they get off by the front door at the interchange too. Sadly a lot of people don't return his greetings. -

On the other hand we sometime could see their tone and face expression,Some would do for commendation sake only.I got a BC friend who would do it for the sake of this only.

svc 293 uncle last time driving Mark IIIs love to greet passengers, in English, Malay and Chinese. That uncle very kind de.he keep saying at interchange and i forget what's his name le.
I like "Jackie Chan" driving 293 KUB.

I like it when they greet! haha. Makes the day/travel on the bus much better. At least it's not JUST a form of transport...it's like a service.
