How many trains you want to bunch every peak hours? The trains will barely move because they are too close to the train in front. The shortest headway you can allow without affecting operational speed is 90 seconds..

If trains are coming in during peak hours at 90 seconds each time and the trains are so fucking packed that you can't get in, what does that tell you?

30 secs is too short. Those train will stop halfway to let the train infront to leave b4 they can enter the stations.Have to consider the time people boarding and alighting the train. It usually take abt 30sec or less to board and alight and train hav to slow down when comes to station.
waiting time should be 1-2 mins, maximum is 3mins during peak.

yes, standard dwell time is 30secs (11/16/21s+7s bell+7s close). accelerate and decelerate to 61km/h takes 25secs each.

I suggest, stations such that 15 carriages can fit there? So two trains can stop there at once without causing much problems.
