tml is the last day they will be on service 6 since service 6 doesnt op on sunday and monday. -

Back then, bus models were plenty. We have Berliet, Ford, Austins, Seddons, Leylands Atlantean (Soon Chow, WA, DM), Leyland National, Renault, Scania BR112, Dennis Dominator, Volvo B57, Volvo B55 DD (East Lanc), Nissan Diesel (Fuji Body), Leyland Victory (or Guy Victory), MB 1417 (Soon Chow), MB 1413, MB LP300, Albion Viking etc.
I have taken almost all the models, except the Bedfords.
In my school years, I had taken MB 1417, MB O305 (Willowbrook), Volvo B57, Volvo B10M (Van Hool), Renault, Volvo B55 double decker, Leyland Lynx, Leyland Olympian, Hino RK176, Hino HT228, Hino HT238, DAF 220LT (with ZF gearbox), Leyland Victory.
Back then, bus seats were all red. I remember having taken a Volvo B10M in a very unique body. But can't remember what was the body.
Then came TIBs with Hino RK176, and Nissan Diesel U31. The U31 is the first bus model that arrive with ZF gearbox.
So dear bus fans and enthusiasts, the only way to continue our little hobby is to get SBS to expand the variety of the buses.
AND STOP BUYING THE KUBs and START BUYING OTHER MODELS!

Yes.stop buying the kubs.but in fact,we have no hope now.SBST has already ordered 900 kubs.pathetic.instead they could have tried other models.but they didnt.haizz.sux man.soon everywhere we go,we will see a kub directly infront of our face.
like u say,i really miss the old days greatly.i just hope that i can go back into them and see all the wonderful buses we had last time such as the Merc 0305.
we have to start enjoying all the current models we have because they are also going to go off really soon such as our MK3s.anyway farewell to all the NAC scania N113CRBs.may they rest in peace. -

There is one in the Singapore Buses Handbook by the HK guy; not sure if there us any online; no harm searching though. Farewell NAC CRB's. Which one was the last CRB you guys took? Mine was 3634.. Got the tix of the last 4 CRB's as memory.. Hehe, will miss them :( with the times of them doing TPY feeders..

GONE will the scania n113, GONE was the merc on sbst(all type) and GONE will be the volvo B10M k3... by 2009.. and the DD, will they still keep the leyland chassic...
and scania KUB will be full pledged Single Deck on the road....like the entire..

Let's see I had taken MB 1417, Albion Vikings, Volvo B57, Mercedes benz OF1413 in soon chow, Mercedes benz OF1417, Mercdes Benz LP1113 refurb, Renault, leyland victory in baco and soon chow, merc OF1413 in supreme star aka the ).306, Leyland Lynx, Leyland Olympian, Hino RK176, Hino HT228, Hino HT238, DAF 220LT (with ZF gearbox er wait they cma ein Voith what....),Volvo B10M mark 2s, UDs (din take 2452 thouggh)

No more open window blow breeze on single deck.
No more reach up to press rubber strip bellsNo more sliding up and down windows like O306 merc
No more fold doors like Soon Chow buses
No more metal ribbed flooring
No more loud front engines
No more rain on window sills to play with using fingers
No more curvey metal grip bars to hold on to with red cushion seat
No more hold compact camera out of window n shoot outside....on SD of cuz
oh well go malaysia for NAC SDs lor...

hate those. cannot even open windows. they locked it up by stuffing glue or somethings.
