Ya but i remember there got a 1:76 model, is it the prototype habit?

Anyway, to answer your question above, I bought that SBS Transit bus model from a twin pack at Toa Payoh interchange almost 6 years ago... Got it at for about S$90 plus if I remember correctly, can't remember the exact price.. But definitely cheaper when I got it back then than the price it is going for now...
The exact price was SGD98.00 available at that time at most SBS bus interchanges...

It's odd though. The press picture shows a facelifted Citaro, but this diecast is based on the old design...

Yah. Just got it today. But thats not the only difference.
Comparing the rear rims with the Arriva Citaro bendy, Keisei bendy bus had its middle and rear rims swopped, while the Arriva bendy is standard.

Ya I quite disappointed with CMNL, new Keisei bus is a Euro V, but model is based on Euro IV.
Anyway, I hope to see any model co to produce old Keisei bus, Volvo B10MA.
Cheers.

Tomica :D No. 134 is a B10MA, although it's based on a 1:100+ scale....

Some model collectors will purchase as it is a Japanese model with 1:76 scale by CMN due to its limited stock available...
Some will want the original cast as the keisei in japan
To each its own...

Theres no reason why CMNL would wanna produce a mould for only 1 model. Dont forget that CMNL models are usually UK buses. With the "Ban" on bendy buses in london. I doubt any london operators would bring in any bendies. Thus, it makes more sense for them to recycle those old moulds that they have instead of wasting money to make a nw mould.

Very outdated question, what are the features of the SBS Transit Volvo Olympian die-cast bus? E.g.Wipers can be moved, doors can be opened...

No question is ever outdated...
The SBST VO3X diecast by CMN is as close to the original VO3X you see on the roads including the EZ link reader
Most detailed diecast wipers cannot be moved, doors cant be open.
There are some that can have their rear engine panel opened so that the engine can be viewed.
I rmb somebody got make mirrors for SBST25 yrs right? who ar?

It must have been very expensive die-cast model, the last time I saw the bus model was on a advertistment brouchure, about winning the bus with the Star Awards of 2004.
