Not sure if it's at changi airport ?take Service 24,27,34,36,53 on 858,if it's at changi airport cargo, take services 9,19,89.
The feeder is beside the Budget Terminal queue in Terminal 2. What time you working? Cause it only operates during peak hours. Before 9 and I think after 5. Just a few buses, not a day service thing.
There's a privately-operated feeder bus route from Changi Airport's passenger terminals to the Airfreight Centre, and if I'm not wrong, it will cost you 70¢ for a ride. Operating hours, I'm not too sure - you got to ask someone for that.
I think a better way could be for you to ride route 89 straight to the Airfreight Centre from Sengkang, especially if you live in an area of Sengkang that is served by route 89 - direct, and you don't have to worry about the operating hours. If you are going there during morning rush hours, or going home during evening rush hours, and are willing to splurge a bit, you can also try the Fast Forward version route 89e.

i start work at 8.30 in the morning. So will be taking bus at around 7.30. So u mean can just take 89 straight into the airfreight area? No need to take any other bus? How long is the journey?

Fast forward version route 89e? What's the difference between the normal 89?

no lol. Need pass?
Yes. I tried taking 89 before. Have to show your IC for a pass if not no entry to Airfreight Centre. End up we alight the bus. Walk back and take bus back to Hougang.

Access to Changi Airfreight Centre
The CAC is a protected area and access into the CAC is controlled by the airport pass system. To prevent unauthorised entry into the CAC, visitors have to exchange for a Visitor Pass at the Police Pass Office (at the CAC customs checkpoint). Access via the main customs checkpoint is manned by police officers at all times. ID and vehicular checks are carried out by these police officers on all incoming personnel and vehicles in a highly efficient manner so as not to impede cargo operations.
If you are working at any of the companies at Alps Ave you can try paying 90 cents or 1 buck (think 90 cents) for the Woodlands Transport bus at Tanah Merah MRT.
There are 2 long queues are Tanah Merah MRT each morning - its the one at the bus stop shelter.

Basically, route 89e skips Pasir Ris and runs straight from the North-East region to the Changi Airfrieght Centre. However, if you need to get off the bus at the checkpoint for security reasons, avoid route 89e as you must reboard another route 89e bus afterward (it's headway is rather poor); that, or take a route 89 bus in/out, which will count as another trip and add to your bus fare.
CAC...haha...Converted Aircon
Anyway, if you are not a staff member, cisco guards would ask you down the bus and your ride would be suspended as what are those cross borders (i meant 160 170 950) did, so is most advisable not to joyride full those routes
