  When the Nissans are phased out, WLDEP can and probably will accept OCs into the fleet, or (worst-case scenario) the OCs are like the L113s. Two depot only. Then WL would get some other low-floor bus model, like K230 (shock, horror!) or some Volvo.

  There'll still be opportunities in the future where SMRT will need to purchase new WABs to replace outgoing buses (maybe OC500LEs again zzz). That should be the signal that WLDEP to start modifying their infrastructures (high kerbs) to accomodate. If not we end up in WLDEP no WABS or WLDEP shift to another site.

  New unregistered OC on 912 route. Should be test drive. A few drivers inside the bus and the OC stops at every 912 bus stop.

   If KJ controlled 911 and 912, they would have given them DAFs

  If they were testing the bus, I dont think they would go to all the trouble to stop at the bus stops.

  By second batch does it mean SMB68-SMB132 or after that range? If in this range, I expect WLDEP to get OCs around Feb-Mar 09. Though knowing SMRT, probably later.

  Bobian mah. All the equipment needed for the OC is at WLDEP. The programming of EDS, EZ Link readers and stuff are all there.
