  Some CAC windows are not glued during conversion in 2001. That's why some of the ex-Sv 307 perms have the ability to open windows

  all ex-307 perms? including current TIB764L and TIB796U. list out all ex-307 perms: TIB759C, TIB771R, TIB774H, TIB792E. But I know TIB792E used another material of window, similiar as Mercz(O405) If any missing, pls help mi clarify.

  anyway most ex-307 perm buses got their own perms on WLDEP except TIB771R, TIB791H, TIB797S (onli list out WLDEP ones only). But TIB797S is going to perm 178 soon.
