I think for most of the concession card holders, there's a Nets kiosk for their convenience....

Ironically, my friends and I always refer that to 'Nets Kiosk' since that purple machine transacts using Nets only, so pardon me....

Surprising..... I have heard people complaining that it is a 1 hour > wait at Serangoon Int. The queue is like around 20-25 people....

I was lucky I suppose.
Anyway, the queue is always very long for a 2 minute process because those auntie and uncles refuse to read the brochures and want to stand there for 10 minutes asking questions....damn annoying. It's like as if they have to make their time spent queueing worth at the expense of others. Then this vicious cycle repeats, that's why we have 1 hour-2 hour waiting times.

concession pass go mrt station buy...just go to the station control.
