Simple.
161 is then the only svc that has used every major type as well as the major sub-types of ADDs.
I had forgotten about the NAC DDs.

What's the secret behind the O405s that none of them ever seem to vibrate? (which is what that makes O405s great)

Good damping effect by the engine mountings. That's definitely one of the major factors.
But the W3E's lock-up clutch has the tendency to connect too quickly when connecting driving shaft and axle, resulting in jerks when the lock-up engages, and when the bus changes gears. But that's also what helps in the pick-up speed, since a fully connected system obviously allows more power to be generated to the axle. So the less time taken to engage means, less time wasted in-between gear changes but jerky rides.
Interestingly, the lock-up can disconnect while on the move for prolonged periods if the BC knows the right moment to lift his foot up (either by rough handling on the gas pedal resulting in a confused W3E, or when the lock-up disengages to change gears).
All these obviously contributes to rough rides on the SBST W3E equipped 0405, even if the bus has little vibrations.
Some burning questions to ask.
1. Once passengers alight from Service 182 at the Tuas Checkpoint bus stop, are they allowed to travel on foot to the Tuas Checkpoint to clear Singapore Immigration?
If yes, do they then need to transfer to a bus (e.g. CW3) to continue their journey into Johor?
2. And for what reason do after-hour SWTs like 3A and 36A operate outside of their oprerational hours? I did usually see quite a number of 3A buses around Pasir Ris during the afternoons or evenings.

I heard one incident where BC set the destination to 36A during daytime because the A/C was faulty, but didn't want to declare breakdown straight away.

let me give you some BURNING answers
1. No one is allowed to travel by foot across the Tuas 2nd Link. i.e. across the Johor Straits.
2. 3A operates during early morning, pm peak, post-pm peak and late night.
36A theoratically operates late night but may be operated during normal hours should there be a scheduling problem or a bus defect problem.
