  I was waiting for NR3 at Somerset MRT Stn bus stop at about 12midnight. The last bus for 171 is 2330hrs from Marina Ctr and 171 disappeared from LTA next bus arrival board, so I thought no choice must kenna rob by NR already. Then, I was shocked to see SMB64B come! Were there additional trips in lieu of Night festival (I went on Saturday), or just very bad jam?

  Fyi, the TIB872H's rear EDS couldnt even change its number, always display 190. I remember one time when 872H did 184; the BC need to cover the rear EDS using newspaper to cover the 190 EDS lols..

  I saw some posts abt Changi Airport Cargo complex in the threads

  I was wondering.. Say I get down at the stop just where the police come onboardl; and I go to the pass office. Will they give me a visitor pass if I exchange with my IC?

  Or they do not issue visitor passes but only strictly staff passes? :?

  I have already read the quote from the website before I posted here, as it does not say anything about having a valid purpose. It says visitors have to exchange for a Visitor Pass at the Police Pass Office 

   

  So I directed my query here to ascertain my doubt.

  Why i see SBS Transit banner for recruiting bus captains. There got put Class 3/4. I thought only Class 4 can drive bus? Then why Class 3 can apply?

  ya. class 3 license. which can drive normal car i think. with class 3 you can apply to work as bc. and sbst will train you to drive sbst buses and issue you a cls 4 license which only can drive sbst buses only. thn normal cls 4 license is just apply thn they just teach you basic knowledge abt their buses and ways to drive properly i think.

  I believe the class 4 offered by SBST and others are the same. Just that SBST have special license for superlong, DD or CNG etc.. The minimum for you to have a class 4 license is in possession of a class 3 license and above 20 years old.

  SBS/ SMRT buses are automatic transmission. thus, they use Class 4A (Omnibuses) instead of Class 4. Class 4 u need to have qualified Class 3 and at least 21 yo.
  
  i believe class 3 holders who wants to be a BC will learn Class 4A and thats it.. no class 4? the 4A will be cancelled upon leaving the company

  A - AM shift
  P - PM shift
  S - Split shift
  E - Extended shift
  T - Three-Quarter shift

  For servce 6,
  1A means there's only one A shift doing this service,
  4S means 4 split shift duties
  1E and 1T you should understand also.
