Chinatown Direct and Parks, 926 and Express services are considered as basic-plus services. These are operated by PTOs.
Premium services are services which can duplicate current bus routes and/or compete with the MRT services through the means of a faster or more comfortable trip and/or serve areas not served by public buses. These can be operated by private bus companies.

Oh.. So are these cameos like planned a few days beforehand or on the day itself? Are the buses parked according to their service number in the depot?
see which depots, starter may decide beforehand if it is a maintenance shift or on the day itself, sudden breakdown

JRBP controlled: Boon Lay, JEI and Choa Chu Kang Interchange (minority, service 188 only)
So there were 3 interchanges under JRBP control.

and also did AMK control those HG-based service in the past?
AMDEP used to control Hougang South while HGDEP controlled St. Michael's. AMDEP took over St. Michael's in the late 1990s while HGDEP took over Hougang South probably in the mid 1990s. Not too sure about the dates.

JRBP does partially control Sv151 from around 1996 to 1999 or slightly later..
Will all Batch 3 VO be installed with EDS in the near future?

likely yes. there is a one-for-one match between the 70 EDSes ordered and the 70 VO3x Batch 3s.

zzzz.. bus so big, EDS so small, numbers and letters also so small smaller than nissan.. look malnourished
the thing that is strange is that 163 is listed as a 2 way service , but when it reaches TPY Interchange it drops passengers and then stops for 5 minutes to change plate (now more faster with electronic display
) then picks up passengers to sengkang.....the route is treated like a long loop service something like 82 n 975...... but better for the passenger in terms of fare stage. Or is it just that TPY interchange is just too small to hold 163?

The 5 minutes could be for the driver to adjust to proper scheduled departure time, so that the frequencies along Sengkang-bound 163s don't get too haywire...
. 192 193 at boon lay. 965 at sengkang 136 at punggol etc

not loop service
schedule is like this
T1: Sengkang Interchange T2: TPY
T1: 1450 hrs
T2: 1648 hrs
Break
T2: 1653 hrs
T1; 1832 hrs
In fact, all bus service roughly stop at T2 (generic) for 5 minutes or so,
May those schedule experts answer your question better
