Wow, no wonder this bus MIA for so long... So when and how did it get into an accident? Curious to know....
Wanna ask bro all here.Does SMRT Feeders/Townlinks really need full fleet /Majority bendy buses at all?I mean if they could cull out a couple of bendys they can make good use of it.Service like 300 total of full 9 bendys excluding morning xovers,Does it really need full bendys? How bout 302,800,804,806,812,912 & 913?Is it justify?913 & 800 after 9.30 am loads quite miserable sia.
how to upload bus pictures on sgfroums?

What is the chance of spotting a 901/902/969 bus on PM-split?

It should only run on 969, though no one knows the timing because no one seems to know the duty code of this timeslot.
TIB905Y back running on 941 today onwards. No more crazy cameos on this route. (Which ranges from OCs to Mercs to Hinos)

912 does not really used just bendy for each day but 1-3 rigids.

What's the difference between MB Citaro G & Conecto G?
Does anyone know why the new Shenton Way bus terminal is being built?
I notice that 8860H loves to do 231G, any chances of it being a perm 231G?

This is not a new Shenton Way Terminal, but a Temporary Shenton Way Bus Terminal to be in use by the end of this quarter.
This terminal is being built so that the existing one, located underneath South Quay Viaduct of AYE / ECP, can be removed for the construction of the new Marina Coastal Expressway.

There is nothing in the tender documents that state that its temporary. The current one will be permanently relocated because the new MCE's route will take that space (its at grade at this point).

At the existing Finger Pier building location, MCE is going to be going from at grade road to meet up with the existing Keppel Viaduct.
As for your stand of it is not a temporary one, well, all I can say is that this terminal will not be at this location for good as there are plans to open a new Interchange (or terminal, depending on whatever LTA / VTL is going to call it) at the future new International Cruise Terminal at Marina South.
This new Interchange is going to replace Shenton Way Bus Terminal. How that is going to be accomplished, I have no idea. But that is something that is going to happen 3 to 5 years down the road.

i think 302 can afford a mix of regulars and bendies.

If the sec 2 criteria is removed but to include being able to read and write simple English, I wonder if the bus companies are able to recruit more locals to join? since many locals working as delivery drivers, pest control companies technicans cum drivers etc are earning peanuts?
Huh?U wan to become BC min need ony sec 2 ah!?So good one ah?I didnt know sia..

I agree.
302 can have both rigids and bendies. Sometimes I see 302 is quite empty. It gets packed during the morning rush hour and the evening one. Other than that, it seems ok.

Just to add Sv 950 is the one and only basic trunk service SMRT has introduced after taken over TIBS. (around the same time as SBST intro 160)

All wayang from SBST & SMRT.A lot of ex-delivery driver with Pri 6 also can join mah.The China BC basic pay is low but pao kao liao OT everyday. For SMRT they can earn more if they work on their 2 days off weekly shift.
