Only if you use child fare (which is f***ing heavily and unfairly subsidized) or if you take for around 5 stops or less on adult fare.

MRT can be good for travelling long distance too, especially after u max out the maximum fare...

I had calculated the regos for EURO V KUBs and this is my findings.
1) If rego starts from SBS8562T and skips all '4's, it could end at SBS8999S, but thats only 393 SBS Euro V buses, short of 7. Unless SBS decides to use SBS8934D, with '4' onwards, it will not fulfil all 400 Euro V KUBs.
2) Same theory, but now, if SBS decides to end at SBS8996A, leaving the last 3 for demo buses, the rego with '4's will have to start at SBS8904R. It will end the 400 KUBs regos. So, SBS8997Y, SBS8998U and SBS8999S could be for demos.
3) Related to (1), if SBS insist to skip all '4's, the last 7 buses of 400 will have to use other regos, not starting with SBS8xxxx anymore.

Hope they could add in the '4's otherwise waste regos space. If SBST really wants to be so SPST, I hope they use 79XX de rego. cos 9XXX like DD buses like that.

5625 onwards can use..

If 7 buses short. Say they slot in 88x4 (except x=4, 8) then it would easily solve the problem.
