  hmm.. two months after 524 ad was remove, then they decide to remove SBS478G ad.. seem like they are keeping the merc for the time being.. instead LO3x are laid up..would think that half the LO3x will be laid up/de-registered, and replaced by 100 Wright B9, and the rest of the Lo3x will get some extension while the balance 50 B9 will replace the balance merc...

  to add on the YOG K230s under amdep are still.... looking pretty.

  According to SBS8533C:

  551C lay-up.

  521P also in lay-up list according to OM. Seems they only determine to preserve those remaining 4** merczs

  Looking forward the see the replacement buses for the following Mercs that are going off this coming 1st Apr 2011.

  1st April 2011 also marks the end for all the CAC (converted air-con with rounded corner windows) by SBST, with the last 4 CAC Mercs to be cleared off.

  Any break downs of the list of SBST O405s and deployments that are left after 1 April???

  Must take them before they are all gone by this year...

  Anyway, a CAC was spotted on 60 yesterday.

  Ahhh... Thanks for all these info.

  Now have to catch the timing. Used to catch timings for rare and new buses, now have to catch timings for old and going buses too.

  I have to agree and quite exhausting doing this every weekend amidst tight schedule.  Goes all way back to NS days but I want to capture all remaining on photos before my memory of them fades away.

  Saw a fully painted purple colour SBS Transit Mercedes Benz DM O405 on tow at W'lands Rd. It was heading Mandai Rd direction. The aircon pod is also in purple colour.

  Suspect its from previous SBS4*** series as mentioned long ago by someone who spotted it inside HGDEP.
