Secondly, this poster is displayed onli at sv14,16 bus stops w/o goin full detailed that Nicoll Highway[after Suntec City twds Shenton Way]will be closed for the rest of the day xcept 5-9am...
Where's the responsibility of the public tpt operators to provide correct, accurate info?!there is additional press release for this...that additional press release did state that that bus stop is close. but the map is kinda messy also..

Most probably Yes? Even the one at Palmer Road does allow people to board. =)
Anyway, its quite a shame to see a makeshift bus terminal in the middle of the CBD district. They should upgrade Shenton Way Terminal. =) Finally they are doing something to it! =) -
