Basically side desto for St Mikes, Serangoon Gardens, S60 & S155 changed to full red or full white destos.
And instead of putting side destos on the front windscreen, the service no will be placed instead (not using the rear desto)

i would prefer KUB to put desintation in both Chinese/English instead of just Service number esp Sv73/136. Side EDS does not have destination. And cant guarantee that the front EDS destination is correct... and further for non-regular pax, still have to remember what col to take, if do not know english?

went down by 2.9% as compare to same quarter 2008. infact looking at the statement, advertisement /rental income is the main profit source. bus operation make a profit of 1.564 million (i.e, around S$15000/daily). the fuel/electricity cost make up a big part of the expenses.

135 doesnt need them in the first place as it doesnt serve any bus stops in both directions.
not sure about 98.. maybe they dont wanna change the format for 98 yet.

135 because.... it also has the red-and-white desto system similar to 73, 136 etc although it dont have any common stops in the 2 directions..

At 1 time, 154 also held e White/ Green plate.
With effect from 22 November 2009, SMRT Bus Service 61 will be servicing two additional bus stops
