Could be th following: Silver Car was turning into Marymount Lane, Black Car was travelling straight, never spot the silver car, knocked right into it...impact pushed the silver car right into the bus~

There is an oil tanker that overturned at Tanah Merah that area (near Tanah Merah MRT Depot towards City).
This has caused massive jam along Expo up to Changi South Communtiy Centre.
This caused bus services 12, 24 and 38 to be diverted. It turned into Simei Ave (where 31 turns to serving Simei ITE) then turned again near the Fire Station and followed Bus 2 route to continute their way to Tanah Merah MRT
the accident didn't clear up until at night. new upp changi road, xilin avenue, even koh sek lim road is affected. 4 fire engines, an ambulance, 2 police cars, a SCDF vehicle was there. there was a police bike there also if im not wrong. is 31 also diverted?

haha good guess! But from another perception, since the bus needs to declare to be off service, I suspected that the bus could have be part of the accident. Cos I didn't exactly see the impact, so my guess is that the bus tries to move out, then suddenly crash to the car? Or maybe the 2 impacted cars bang into the waiting bus.... lol too many cases.
And fiy, countless car accidents always happen at the Marymount Lane junction. Looks like can be blacklisted O.O

TIB663U brokedown along Woodlands Rd (aft KJE) at about 0845 hours. Engine compartment & Emergency Exit doors were opened for inspection.
TIB1069D was working on Service 913 when it was involved in a collision with a car near the junction of Marsiling Rise and Marsiling Lane. It was heading towards WRI. The collision caused both lanes of Marsiling Rise to be obstructed and hence unpassable to any traffic. WRI-bound Services 178 and 913 were re-routed via Admiralty Road and Marsiling Lane, before joining the normal route via Marsiling Rise.
No substantial damage on the bus except for a panel just behind the 2nd axle which fell off due to the impact.
Both vehicles were cleared nearly an hour later, and the bus left the scene for the depot approximately 15 minutes after that.
What happened?
At around 10.45 am, a Hyundai Avante car along Marsiling Rise was turning left towards Marsiling Lane, when it hit a cyclist at the junction, swerved and went up the kerb at the opposite side and crashed onto TIB1069D which was waiting to turn to Marsiling Rise. Except for the cyclist who suffered abrasions, no one else was injured in the collision.
Edited to add time of the accident.

No wonder got SCDF ambulance when i stepped out of my house at 11 am. I was also at the crash site, thought that the articulator was broken. Anyway, i only spent 2 minutes at the crash site because i was rushing for TIB368Y on 178 to bring me to Boon Lay.
TIB774H (WLDEP 178) was stopped by a Police Truck at Coporation Road at 8:50 pm tonight. I dunno what happened but the BC was a PRC.
