This is no tire puncture. Its tire blow out. This one is the extreme case of tire failure. Other times its just tire flat. But tire failure is due to large foreign object puncture or is normally due to poor tire maintenance.

TIB689X doing 941 accident at Bukit Batok Int when reversing. Happened around 10p.m.

Update:
TIB1021R which caught fire along Jln Eunos on Sat 12 Apr has been repaired already and is back on perm service 854 as of today.
Hopefully SMRT is also able to repair TIB982Z too.

Either 469P, 6U or 16R did the 60L breakdown tdy since 3 of them did 307 full day.

Yah. SMRT took not even 1 month to repair TIB1021R. -
Probably because SMRT has lots of experience in damage control and repair, seeing the disproportionate amounts of accidents and have-nots they have.

SBS9611D doing Sv 99 kena brokedown at Boon Lay Ave near Blk 263, a few distance away from the bus stop at clementi direction. Rear engine cover was opened and BC was at inside the bus. Spotted as at 10.27am.
remembered it brokedown around 2007 at cooperation rd bus stop due to engine overheat when it bears LKF blue ad.

Anyone saw a Volvo Strider got into an accident this morning around 10.15am near Maplewoods Condo in Bukit Timah? The front right side was damaged, windscreen shattered, front bumper dented. The damage of the front is similar to 9489
I forgot the rego, can only remember is 199x series

The rego tht somehow matches the '199x' is SBS1996X (HGDEP 158).

usually when there are people who put x behind the numbers without more letters, it means it represents the numbers, especially since its a MKIV strider, also since its not confirmed that there's a letter X behind, so it can mean any buses from 1990L to 1999M. for this, higher possibility for it to be either 1993D 1995Z or 1998R since they run on services which goes past maplewoods condo.
