Today:
SBS8210J on Sv 174 brokedown at Boon Lay Interchange at around 4.25pm. Apparently this wonderful BC strike lottery 2 times in a row this week so happy happy chiong his bus from New Bridge Road to Boon Lay interchange reach interchange early by 11 mins until breakdown. There is a empty slot for FFW 174e today for its 4th slot as there is no suitable spare bus for SLBP to replace SBS8210J for today evening. Expect a cameo to pop out to do Sv 174/174e tomorrow and the next few days.

No lah, 3rd slot which is SBS8056M was asked to depart from NBR 7 mins late to balance well the missing slot. But seriously missing one slot for 174e yesterday is not big deal as there are not much passengers yesterday for 174 & 174e as it is teachers day so no need to fetch so many students.

breakdown occured on 965,suspected to be TIB 822C but still unconfirmed.
my personal opinion is that 822C did break down,as 511A came on 822C's morning slot.

Not an accident involving buses, but at upper bukit timah road under the railway bridge near the bt timah condos, got an accident resulting in a wooden advertisement structure or smth to collapse and fall onto the road, which result in the entire closure of the road. All buses plying that road were diverted into Hillview using the stretch of road that 173 uses, and all other vehicles also, causing a massive jam.
First time take bendy bus ply that area.
Lucky that hill aint Toh Tuck Avenue, otherwise i cant imagine 178 UD's climbing it.
I ever took before a UD that nearly stalled on a hill. -

SBS 9031C (SL SP) on service 241 engine failure and breakdown @ JW St 91 beside the landed property(Traffic light). Funny thing is a/c still so cold that makes the windows moisted.

if u realised, majority of SLBP buses are freezing cold. Also applies to SBS9090G.
