TIB1041H with Orange EDS broke down today while on service 859. The Doors were open and rear engine cover were opened. Spotted it inside Sembawang Interchange.

i couldnt see the board for long..
i only saw the double decker bus on the board. that's all i managed to see.

Man injured in chain collision
A CHAIN collision involving a car, a taxi and two buses occurred on Saturday night (031009) along Tampines Avenue 10 .The vehicles were moving towards Kaki Bukit Avenue 1 at about 9.50pm when they collided into each other before the junction of Tampines Road.
The car driver, a man in his early 20s, suffered serious head injuries and was unconscious when taken to the hospital.
Two Thai nationals, who were passengers in the taxi, suffered slight injuries to their bodies.
All three casualties were taken to Changi General Hospital.
Police investigations are still ongoing.
Eye-witnesses can call the Traffic Police hotline at 1800-547-1818.

SBS9314L of 168 and SBS550E of 58.
SBS9314L front slightly damaged on the right, SBS550E back slightly damaged on the right also. Car was badly damaged and taxi slightly damaged at the back but it was on the pavement when I saw it.

- Bus was on sv80 when it declared breakdown
- Alighted pax at Lavender MRT stop (opp ICA)
- Happened 10/10 @ 8:50pm
- Reason due to occasional loss of power, resulting in a/c failure also
- Off svc-ed on it's own to depot via KPE

it powered off at Clarke Quay MRT bus stop. managed to power up after a few attempts, end up at lavender still breakdown..

- Bus empty, no BC
- Neighbourhood Police Car parked infront of bus.
- Desto still there. -
TIB940U doing 980 involved in accident according to today Sin Min Daily Newspaper.

A svc 912 Habit bendy brokedown at opposite Blk 336 busstop at around 11pm yesterday. Mechanics' lorry came by at 12am to inspect the bus.

- Spotted at Tampines St 23 at 0950.
- Breakdown triangle placed, BC still inside bus.
- Suspected exit door failure.
- Replaced by 729H -

According to today's Lian He Zao Hao, the accident was involved with a car.Nothing was happened for BC and 8 passengers inside the bus. Those 8 passengers were arranged to wait for the next bus.
However, the car owner was sent to hospital due to severely nose bleeding.

SMB106 broke down along Kranji Rd (near railway track) towards Woodlands at around 5.45pm. Recovery truck in front of bus.. Bus blocking one lane road, causing congestion. not sure whether it is on Sv925 or off service when it broke down.
TIB494 broke down at one of woodlands ave 3 bus stop at around same timing as well. two tow trucks parked infront of the bus...

Actually, the female car driver was believe to have taken an illegal turn into Olive Rd, causing TIB940U unable to stop in time and rammed into that car. Both vehicles lost control and ran onto the grass patched. -
