Brokedown at PIE (Tw Tuas) bef Eng Neo Exit at 0723 today (19 Dec)
Was on off service with 14 desto.
Breakdown triangle seen. -

F/R Door Failure @ BS84359. - Butt haven't warm yet bus breakdown liao. Zz. OS to BBDEP w Full set 14. -

sbs9236's door failure is alredy cout good enough, the worst bus, sbs2698a has door failures almost every stops.

Breakdown - replacement bus was TIB1236M.

This morning (22 Dec): 27A broke down in Sengkang. Passengers transferred to another KUB operating on 27. Regos not took down.

A CAC O405 Merc Breakdown just as it trying to turn frm BB East Ave 4 to BB East Ave 2
Rego Unknown, cause it too dark to be spotted. Driver checking rear engine at time of spotting arnd 2045hrs

TIB 1223A (AM/YIBP 811)
Broke down outside Bowen Secondary bus stop, (Hougang Ave 2 )
Not sure if doing cameo for 854.
SMRT personnel opened up engine cover and were checking for the fault.
Spotted @ 1401hrs.

From the newspaper.. two accidents involved KUB on xmas eve..
A Sv13 KUB almost hit a van along braddell road at around 8am.. The van have a burst tyre and spin around on the road and Sv 13 KUB brake in time to avoid hitting the van... from the photo, it does look like it was very very close to the van.
Another KUB (might be on sv265 or off service) involved with an accident with a motocycle at around 5.30am on xmas eve at junction of AMK Ave 5 & Ave 8. The motorcylist die... and the KUB bumper got damage and windscreen partially cracked at BC side... it was raining at that time...

sv55 SBS8367R slight altercation with silvercab taxi at Hougang Ave 3[before Kim Chuan Rd].
Bus front right lower part near bumper, paint job is slightly scarred -
TIB642E on 852, brokedown at Lornie Rd at around 2.20pm. Smoke coming out from the engine; overheated engine.

Location: Rochor Road, junction before Victoria Street
Nature of Breakdown: Unknown
Details:
1. SBS 9658U was off service possibly intending to do a downroute when it broke down on the second lane (driver's view, from left) while trying to drive off.
2. No destos were seen at time of witness.
3. Traffic conditions at that time was described to be heavy. Vehicles have problems getting past the breakdown bus especially since it stopped in the middle of the road.
4. The appearance of the bus on that road is particularly unusual since single decks mostly serve that road. -

SBS9588M (ARBP 65) broke down at bus stop along Bendemeer Rd, front desto was flipped over and breakdown triangle was at rear of the bus.
