  Massive Jam on PIE (Tuas) towards clementi this morning. all buses plying along that stretch lambat 50 to 60 mins. SBS8455U on 52 lambat 68mins & SBS333R lambat 53mins.

  yup. i saw it as well. Lornie Rd also jammed a little as vehicles use it as an alternative route.

  I think SBST should exercise some initiative... rather than let the bus stuck there and lambat for one hour... Is ridiculous!

  yep.. just like 160/170.. quick to use Woodlands Centre Road when necessary... but for ad-hoc cases like the above incident, BCs may not be prepared and communicating to them to use alternative routes may not be easy, and passengers may think whats happening..

  It was spotted a VO3x broke down on LN3 just after the BKE entrance. Tailback was all the way till Woodsville Flyover. By 0950hrs, the tailback was to Kim Keat Flyover.

  52 should have used Bt Timah Rd instead. WOCC sleeping ah?

  Yes, still can go Clementi Road waddd. Alternative route. But if 52 temperoary plies parts of 157 routes, will there have any bus stop for 52 to stop?

  52 shouldn't stop at the stops along 157 route for no reasons. 52 already ply Clementi Road since intro, so I don't consider this an alternative route at all.

  It will skip one bus stop along Jln Anak Bt if it uses Bt Timah Rd unless the driver bothers to turn one round at the 7th Mile junction

  Just now took TIB947B on 925, passed by SMRT bus scrapyard. Saw TIB835R still with the Nivea for Men(2nd Gen) ads, with 3 other KJDEP UDs, parking at the side. One of the UDs is CSS179H. The other seems to be CSS180C. The last one, not sure.

  LOL. SMRT won't bother 2 remove old ad since they r either lay-up or scrap coz it's meaningless 2 remove expired ad. Same as TIB839E, wit old Tiger beer ad.

  Did you know that TIB937E (AMDEP 985)'s EDS which is not scrolling? The EDS only remains like this:

  '985 Geylang Lor 1'
             Kallang MRT

  There are other OCCs from other intherchange especially NBR & BNL OCC are like that also. SBST hired them just to sleep & gets salary. The bus lambat like hell OCC tell BC to just carry on without downroute. Poor Management = Poor Service to the commuters = Complain = BC gets blamed.

  All UMW (aka Malaysian) Lances do not have scrolling EDS details except for some premiums like 531.

  did not spotted any VO3x broke down. instead, spotted 5 police car and 1 police tent.

  The tailback was all the way past toa payoh leh. 52 shouldn't use PIE at all, just go straight to Bt Timah Rd.
