  TIB917M was never a 961 perm to begin with. 961's fleet was rather unstable after 494, 818 went over to WLDEP. So at first, they did have 3 buses, which are and will be unaccounted for as they are super complicated to follow.

  cuz 818 went over to WLDEP to be perm 961, then after a short while takes over 831 on the S202 slot, which does WT12. so 831 is now on other slots

  For me, I discover the loading for 240 had increased instead. I think due to low frequency for svc 30.

  I believe there are some adjustments between the kubs for 128 and AMK feeders.

  SBS8181J should be perm 128/265. The rest not too sure.
