  922R replace 3707B la. 869L was never perm 229 in the first place, merely cameo many many many days on 229 nia. Who told you so?

  I have not seen 922R doing 229 at all. Unless 922 gets redeployed only wef tmr because that's the official Dereg date for 3707B. I had personally taken 869L a few times.

  It was perm 229 for 2 weeks. Though not reflected anywhere its as good as perm. 225 has had many short term perms when 3692 left. It was only when 3692 retired that they finally assign a perm bus to it. 922 and 1979 were the short term perms.

  If you do not have short term perm buses there would be holes in the schedule whereby you can't deploy the bus cos "oh the perm bus waiting to get scrapped and the roster clerk never update any bus so I shall not take any other bus out if not i will get complain and people will ask why the perm bus not around". Especially so when the bus isnt in depot for mx or ad-pasting.

  I think I have said in this thread before. Do not post deployments that has not been effected. This includes de-registeration of buses. This is what you get when there's conflict of deployment opinions and you'll argue until one party is right or when the other party gives up arguing.

  actually its theoretically possible to throw SP buses onto it, just its a waste of effort and deploying a so-called "temp perm" is more effective. Similar to when 492P was getting refurbished, 475P took over for the period until it came back.
