  AMDEP dun hv any SP buses, BB got 1, SL got 1, HG got 2.

  Maybe can giv 'em to  BBDEP, SLBP or AMDEP.

  Definitely not a low demand for Service12. Looks more like they wanted to improve the frequency with 2 extra buses, but didn't want to affect the demand for the service much. Therefore adding in 4 more WSDs too to replace the 4 WDDs.

  
  Hence, 6 WSDs to replace the demands for 4 B9s, i think that would be the more likely reason.

  Looks like feeder 242 can become a WAB service soon. Whereas feeder 241 gets more ADDs.
