  Is it that inter-town masquerading as a premium bus route? I can't remember, and can't be bothered to remember.

  maybe SMRT is not allowed to operate premium service for jurong east? for premium service, do SBST or SMRT have their own territory? like SMRT occupies all bus interchanges along red line from Yishun to Bukit Batok?

  I mean, if there is a certain kind of partition on premium services between SBST and SMRT, that may not be identical to the existing partition on normal services, e.g. if SBST is allowed to operate premium services from cck and yishun, is SMRT allowed to operate from cck or yishun too?
