Kindly explain the appearance of SMRT Premium 590 in CCK then (even though only serves 6 bus stops). As for yishun wise, could be due to the trains.

so if SMRT can operate premium service from any region, why not extend 586 to make it a BP->JE->city premium service?
In which case it won't be a premium service because it's not direct enough (not the route but the midway stops)
