2nd day, I saw 2 bus bunching
around 1720 hrs, 8437Y & 8438U bunch at PIE twrds BV near Toh Guan exit
8437Y shows 185
8438U shows OFF Service, with passengers
15 mins later, saw 9003JI notice that the S Shift bus changes slot at AM & PM peak
AM peak
SBS9003J --> SBS8325L--> SBS9019PPM peak
SBS9003J --> SBS101T -

1. OC500LE had door closing announcement is a known fact for all
2. they are plenty of SD without TVM

yeah its one of those "if u are a bus fan, then you ought to know" kind of things...But do keep the obser4vations coming, u'll never know if something u find or discover about buses can be actually a interesting peice of info to everybohdy

Svc 975 is finally using the new evo IV...happened to see it on Old LCK Rd on 15feb...too bad didnt have a camera...

hi some of ur terms are weirdEvo refers to
Wright evolution bodywork or MCV Evolution bodyworks. In the conttext that both bodyworks exist in the country, MCV Evolution takes precedence because the Evolution badge is most prominent on the bus.
I have not heard of Evo-IV busI believe u refer to an EURO V transmission bus. EURO because is European tranmission exhuast (pls cough a bit for effe, pretned u stand near exhuast of bus ) standard, not CHina not Japan not American. er Not Polynieisan (what?)

EURO V buses are a broad category in Europe. u tell that to an European he'll just go "what bus are u talking about?. is it the Citaros? The VDLs? the MAN? Scania?"
In this case u must be refering to the Mercedes benz OC500LE (We will use the Australian convention because its nice to say "Hey an OC is coming" rather than hey a string of letter and number O.500LE is coming...hahaha) . A near cousin to the Citaro .Please by right, one should refer to that Singapore bus as O.500LE.

i spotted SBS9405H with overturned front desto driving out from JW St 41 to JW Ave 1 omgwtfbbq? JW St 41 is dual one lane road how can VO3x drive to that road?
SBS8041E on 154 got WAB plate displayed at windscreen, but was removed when it is resting at BNL int. guess 154 need more WABs.

< No more partial air-con or full air-con conversions...it is now WAB service conversions..wuahah...erm so far all "Partial WAB conversion">
sculli can put notice at bus stop and advertise like partial Air-con conversions like the 90s..

this morning onboard 143... lots of ppl boarded at Novena Church towards Jurong East. No problem, but many refused to move to e upper deck
there was like 20 seats on e upper deck yet everyone prefers to squeeze like crazy on e lower decknvm, lots of ppl along e way at Newton Rd and Scotts Rd were unable to board. e BC somemore just stop at e bus stop for some time before moving off. Didn't even hear e BC uttered anything of telling commuters to move in or move to e upper deck at all

it's a common sight on 143, at least I've seen it happen almost 90% of the time when I take it during peak period.

... there have been new stickers on some buses that say "thank you for giving way". some pasted on the DD's liao.

The yellow wraparound stickers are now found on some Volvo Olympian. Saw one on service 153. Serangoon interchange also got a lot of those buses getting it.
For the thank you for giving way. They have been spotted on 8446X and 8447T.
