what i meant was aft this bus have arrived to SG already, for me it may be registered as 68R..
is there a agent for Yutong vehicles in singapore?
IMHO, if SMRT gonna bring in China-made buses, I would prefer them to lower their fares since purchasing of Yutong buses sure to be lower than Merc OCs. And as it's China made, I hope SMRT will be able to maintain it well, not like those ELBOs which gonna phase out by year end. Benefits for both operators and commuters.
Cheers.

i think there is agent... a lot of pte bus operators using yutong. it's one of the best china bus brands, can be considered a world class brand, seriously. another one is king long.

between the both i feel king long is better.
price wise, im not sure whats teh difference between buses from YT and KL, say both are given with the same specs (engine power, length, etc). but so far my experience with kinglong coaches has been good. engine noise is well insulated, the air con is good, the seats are italian FAINSA, and there are even LCD tv's in the bus. keep it up, king long :)
Still no news of it's arrival?
Cheers.
Are the seats from Volgelsitez too? seems like the seats are similar to the ones on SBS8030L

Yea. It could be the same as SBS8030L.
... without the useless semicircle at the back.
nowadays, many buses using air suspension , ride better than some car
lol, why 307. later all my schoolmates will ask me why they put this bus on 307.

same can't be said for the K230UB's..
due to it's featherweight and the fact that fully loaded, it's still too light.
