to be exact, not much difference between batch 1 and batch 2 Scania apart from an extra seat above the right wheel arch. Yutong's interior layout is similar to the Euro IV Scanias..that should give you the rough idea.

haha...But I guess the interior will be much better than SBS... Hahaha... Well, i really hopr that 187 have new fleety of buses... And ya... I am staying at plaCe where 187 ply its route... =)

Anyway. on the sunday 5th July I've noticed SMB66X(Svc172) has a technical problem(when the stop bell is pressed for like the 4th or 5th times, it wont have the ting tong sound.... It will have the sound of a bus reversing....)and The door closing light is going to fall off.... nOOOOOO!!

ME! I live along 187 route!

To fulfill ur hearty desire of wanting to see it on 187 every single day,u want it to be deployed to 187.So might as well i can say that i hope for it to be transferred over to SBST and hope for it to be deployed on svc 9 so that i can take it to and fro school everyday.

So pls be more kind and don't be so one-sided for only 187 to get this Yutong.Although i also hope that 187 would get this Yutong,i definitely won't mind if the other svcs get this Yutong instead.So it's up to SMRT on which svc they want to put this Yutong in.

172 i dont mind.Actually i dont want this bus to be deployed on 307 cuz 307 like really too many new buses already.Shall see which lucky svc will SMRT put this bus into.

Mostly, throw ex-perm Scanias back lik TIB661A, TIB568L etc from WLDEP 961 to 178 or take some Scanias from his 'brother' 187. But cameo got chance bahx, provided it's a WLDEP bus.

The Yutong is only 1 bus. SMRT will deploy it on a more suitable route with high demand to test it fully -> 190 for example.

Nissan UD wise, redeploying buses to replace the UD will solve it.

Haiya... what so difficult..?? Just hope that SMRT make a better choice on which service it should go. And definitely SMRT are going to removed all those old scania fleet of buses that are going to expire soon. And you should know la. Which service has that type of fleets.

I think the best bet would the the current or upcoming batch of WAB services. No point getting a WAB bus which doesn't operate on WAB routes.

Well, currently are making singapore a wheel cahir acessible place. Look at TODAY paper. It states that there are alot of WAB(SBS/SMRT) buses. And they are going to increase the number of WAB buses.
