Still, majority have a tour bus or take cab there one lah.

If so, they would even take a TAXI, and wun take our buses. SMRT buses are so "failure" with DAFs on 927(on my latest 927 ride) So crowded....
Btw is 926, not 925
You gotta be kidding me.
You really gotta try our neighbour up north as far as public transport is concerned.
The buses there, when I toured were not crowded. Why?
Because the buses were unreliable!
Isn't that worse?
There will always be budget tourists like me who had to try to bridge cultural differences, haggle with the bus uncle over the destination, and get stuck at the bus stop at midnight before realising the last bus must have left at least half an hour early.

Let's stop being naive here, the bulk of them would actually have chartered tour buses.
took SBS241Y on 138 that day. felt like i was in a foreign land with so many tourists on it lol
As a side-note, at least the public buses here do not suddenly turn into a petrol station and refuel with the passengers still on board while "on the way" to the next bus stop.
Nor our interchanges choked with buses.
On one rainy night, we got stuck inside a bus and moved....3 metres in 30 minutes. Even though the interchange resembled an oversized bus-stop, we were effectively still within the interchange after half and hour.

One of the plastic bus-stops which is completely useless in shielding you from the sun. And best of all, after I took this picture, the bus zoomed past without stopping.
Faced with the prospect of waiting another half an hour, we elected to walk in the sun for 45 minutes rather than bake here.
When I got back to S'pore, the transport here is like....heavenly!

SMB 135 E Spotted at Yio Chu Kang Bus Depot yesterday at 10am when I was learning driving at SSDC.
It also has a tempo bus plate too, I think it's 3277C?

It doesn't seem to be registered yet on One Motoring. Tells me that "no vehicle record can be found"
^ Correct. That's why there's still a temp plate alongside the "actual" one, so that LTA wont fault them or anything.
so this bus is not registered with LTA yet? but the plate is confirm for the Yutong?

I'm 100% sure SMB 135 E is pasted on the Yutong bus. And it's not registered yet of now, as there's still the temp plate above the actual one. Logical. Too bad I didnt whip out my camera in time to prove.

Well, it would be better not to take a pic of this bus at this point of time because the management had previously warned that no pics of this bus is to be taken.

I think I understand why now. The current look of the bus feels like it's made for the funerals =D. Ok so I won't spoil the fun for the rest of you, but imagine that it feels similar to the ELBOs.

Hehehe,
keep the descriptions aside. Make us bus fans feel excited! Hahahha.

My current thought on the look of the bus based on the photo taken earlier when the bus was still in China actually made me think it looks more like an ELBO ![]()

If the bus is on public roads, anybody can snap a picture of the bus. You wont be violating any law in this manner.

Errr can u explain clearly which part of the bus makes it look like it has been designed for the funerals?I think i understand why u are saying like that. For most of the funerals,it is those private china make buses that get chartered.Judging on that, since this is also a china bus, that is why u are saying that this bus also looks like its been designed for the funerals.
While we are on topic, last night saw a private low floor bus, King Long or Yutong not sure around Woodlands Centre Road, but looks pretty nice, and best of all........
