This bus is awesome, but I wish the engine was even louder. Did anyone get to experience it speeding?

I will see whether I am willing to make a trip there. Chances are, by the time I sit on it, the entire frenzy will have died down.

If u didn't hear properly from the inside,the engine noise was already quite too loud and that was too loud for a new bus like this especially on it's first day.And u still want it to be even louder?

The rims were covered up by rim covers as you see in our pictures.

i had difficulty getting into the last row. i am 176cm.
i had to duck even before excusing myself to get to the window seat on last row.

Yutong ZK6126 bus has 29 seating capacity(1 granny, 4 Priority, 24 Passenger).

Anyone got the timing of the bus tmr? -
In my opinion, the YUTONG is a powerful bus. I also considered tht it is somehow a little an SMRT version of 8030L. One thing that i noticed when i was on board the bus is that both the doors are taking their own sweet time closing and also notice that the bus is trying to struggle to reach to its top speed while at the same time it was being pulled back the speed limiter. You can tell that the bus was tied very tightly by the speed limiter. Which results the SL in many delays.

I watched the video and the sound of the hydraulic doors closing is loud. The doors do close very slowly and I feel it's going to be a chore during peak hours when the bus is very packed.

Make a grand exit for passengers who are exiting the bus. Maybe SMRT also plans to add smoke effect with the sound*SBS9816E's reaction to the rear doors opening sound was
after i pointed out that he should see the rear doors. -
ok, I took this bus with several bus fans yesterday from Yishun Int till Bedok Int..enjoyed myself pretty much even though it was quite crowded..
the only thing was that why was there a "please do not stand on the steps" located at the exit door whereby there's no step at all, unless of course they meant the steps that's for commuters to get to the rear of the bus..

it is on Sv 854 today.. think same timing.. Spotted it full of passengers at 8.22am turning from Lentor Ave to YCK Road.
