Add 10 downroute x-over starting at Orchrid/ bugis areas, as well as add "move to the rear" announcement on all 190 buses may help

I hate 190 for its frequent overloading and standing =X.
But I do take 190 when I happen to be @ The Cathay and need to take bus back home from Orchard.
Actually 190 has special departures starting from YMCA bus stop itself on weekdays starting from Orchard YMCA from 502pm to dunno wad time @ 12 minutes frequency.
As far I know there's 502pm, 517pm, 617pm.. i guess its 12 minutes till dunno wad time on weekdays.
I think it is the return trip for SWT 190A for the evening peak just that it starts from YMCA Orchard and terminates at CCK Interchange. The bus starts with an empty trip and you can select any seat you want!
So if you want to come back from Orchard Road. You need to be SMART. Have to board from YMCA Orchard Bus Stop on Weekdays.

yeah..190 does downroutes during evening peak hours, with them starting from YMCA bus stop. before the start of the downroute departure, it will stop by the roadside in front of YMCA, before the ERP gantry.

Lols the amount of buses is not really the problem now... Like said before, drivers and many other folks here too, that its not the amount of buses that matter now. Its about the fact that they can take the last bus home. Add so many buses, they get all jammed on the expressway, cannot turn back for scheduled run, all go downroute, worse is downroute also got jammed up, then burn diesel like no tomorrow... Not the way right?
Last time when the issue is not enough buses, they can still add more. Now the system is already choked up, add more will only akin to choking it more seriously.
Now is the schedule, whether folks can make it back before and lastly, on the last bus home.
And no service is called under-utilized. For a company with limited resources, so applies to 99.9 percent companies in the world, anything that is under-utilized will not be used and cancel is likely the next action. S859 does not satisfy that at this moment, neither does the buses make empty runs.
