  what do you mean by koping from 147 or whatever? defintely back then they have to take away 4 B9TL from another present service

  Mind you, it's not Service 151 that kope your 147 B9s, it's the people in SBS Transit who decided to take the B9s from 147, most likely due to the downgrading of DD slots to SD slots. So, don't blame Service 151.
