the rear looks almost like the current oc's from smrt.
I believe it will possess more DNA from SMRT's OC.
Just a wild conjecture... ![]()

SMRT previously tendered for passenger information system, from design to commissioning of the system. I believe this newer system, when completed, would most probably be installed on the WLDEP habits too.
As to when it will be done, no idea.
This bus up till now still no rego plate... can be seen clearly at C&C when u take svcs to teban/pandan gardens

seat configuration's similar to the Scanias too. Int
Appearance wise, it isn't a suprise it shares similarities with its cousins in SMRT since it's bodied by Gemilang. Yellow grab poles as it's a demo i guess, the same bland brown interior similar to the Scanias.

Yeah gemilang bodied buses almost all have the same looks. So now it's the same dull brown interior again.Seems like it is the standard interior colour for the new SBST buses now.
parking at C&C with 4 other SMB OCs ytd
now it's only next to 2 SMB OCs...
That SBST OC need to wait for so long. remember before the SMRT batch 2 OCs were being registered it was alreadly there. Cant believe if the interior is brownish like the KUBs
I want to see SMRT buying K230UBs ![]()

sadly, yes. The SBST OC's interior is the dull, uninspiring, boring, unexciting brown.
I guess brown is the standard colour of the interior. (that may be the reason why SMRT has the same color too? :? ) Maybe it seemed ok to them, so they didn't bother changing it :?

SMRT's interior isn't brown fyi, it's greyish white.
Though the brown interior looks good when you're outside the bus, but when inside imo i want to get off the bus asap.
as i mentioned in my review, opinions may vary.

I'm not too bothered about the colour, but it doesn't look pretty durable - Even some of the newer Euro IV interior surfaces are badly scratched; doesn't look like it would actually survive through refurbishment.

not even 1/2 a kub
I find that SBS`s KUBs the interior which is brownish and it gives a kind of dull feeling, whereas SMRT`s OCs interior give a kind of brighter look. ( just my opinion )

Get onto the bus, see interior plus hear radiator sound = want to sleep.
Thats what I do when I take a KUB for long distance.

Well, this is what reality presents to us. Wear and tear is inevitable.
