  Lol? I was testing different settings...

  And since when was I sure my camera gave me this effect wor. Different settings give different outcomes what.

  not the first time. my EOS 1000D gave me a lousy EDS outcome when i was snapping pics of KUB outside PSR int under the strong sunlight although the bus came out fine.

  Should be full day. Not doing S shift. Most likely A&P shift...

  use manual mode. thats what i do all the time.

  F value should be higher if you are using a slower shutter. i think for your case 1/40 and F11-13 should work.
