  To be frank also. If you are unable to converse in that language well (or any other language) because of specific reasons does it entitle the status of a NOOB?

  And to be really frank (I'm not being insulting here), but since you studied English in the primary and secondary levels, why do I see some grammatical errors in your English then?  Chinese all studies Chinese Language is wrong.  It should be All Chinese study...
