There is no road works yesterday. It is still the normal 2 lanes. -

Normally if a bus turn right, most car would not dare to turn together... but the distance of the road work is quite short.. . I think is the traffic light at JW st 63. Super long waiting time. -

Ya lol. True, after red light turns green, AT LEAST 3 of 179 buses will leave there at the same time (Peak onli)Thus, frequency will be affected. Front bus encounters wit traffic light, while another bus does not.

How about serrvice 243? Today i read Wanbao,Jurong West st. 61 residents worried about changes of Service 243.They worried when they heard rumours saying 243G and 243W will be merged ,at such, they will take longer time to reach Interchange.

Nah lah, wont de. G/W plate, SBST dun dare lol. 243 will have the most crowds if 243G and W merge together.

They can have it unchanged, but will forgo an opportunity to transfer to 243 at Pioneer Station altogether.

Can you please observe how other decent people, be it bus fans or not, behave in public and reflect on your actions before making senseless comments which will make you even more unpopular. It really seems through your posts and actions that you don't conform to certain basic social norms in Singapore.

i agree with certain points. but then again, we have let you try time and time again to amend your ways and you have failed us again and again. who should you blame that everyone is backstabbing you? nobody but yourself.

today got. 1 lane closed, 1 lane open. but the roadworks occurred after traffic junction of JW St 91 towards Pioneer Rd Nth. -
from my observation, 3820G is the S shift bus today, 9121B is S shift also. 241 and 242 got only 1 Split shift each.

Actually that will depends on individual but 242 (now 241) will be more reliable because there's once in the morning after morning PM, and then me + 2 of my friends waited at the bus stop with 179 along Pioneer Rd North, then we waited for like at least 4 svc 179A buses before the next 179 bus came, waiting time was like half an hour.. Then I told myself that next time I won't rely on that service in the morning anymore and take 242 (now 241) instead, and the bus stop with 242 (now 241) can be quite crowded as well, somemore now 241 goes a shorter way to BNL or even Pioneer MRT Station...
