  As above. OS bus means the bus does 241 (in this case) but runs on no proper timesheet. So it's OTOT (own time own target) for the driver. Usually happens because of unforseen circumstances.

  long waiting time is because of unlimited high demand at boon lay way some bus stops. especially JE MRT stn and opp tradehub are hot spots.

  if not why my fantasy suggested rt has tis 207 bet Jurong East & Bt Batok via tat cluster of factory bldg

  but actually 99 needs a good clean up, tat brunching even during off peak has been around for yrs

  many 241 taker alight at last bus stop(Blk 663E) & walk to JP Extension/Boon Lay MRT...

  these few days i notice 242 buses always turn right to JW Central 3 to reach BLI instead of goin straight further to JW St 64.

  Some 30/154/240 BCs also use the route or 178/180/187 route to Boon Lay Temp Int

  Whatever "additional" buses you see doing 241 (if not the crossovers) are running on OS schedule. The new schedule only kicks in next week.

  I saw one of the last few lines that reads roughly (translated into english) "I pity the drivers of Service 99".

  I'm thinking... how can it be...

  The drivers cause the whole Service 99 to be messed up themselves and yet they need to be emphatised?
