yah there is huge cost of investment and capital is very high before you can start even a tiny bus operator business
costs of capital are not only to buses. rent for premises and manpower costs. you'd need an accountant to handle all this work to manage your expenses, thhus adding also to man pwoer costs. Some things in life come in a viciuos cycle. .
