  You will be involved in planning and developing Singapore’s bus network. You will analyse commuter travel patterns, forecast travel demand and devise bus network plans and strategies to meet overarching policy directives. You will conduct public transport patronage surveys, traffic assessment and other evaluations necessary to aid you in your planning work. You will also assess community benefits and determine economic and financial performance using various transport models. In order to bring the bus network to fruition, you will be working closely with bus service procurement, bus service operators, local communities and land use agencies responsible for physical development.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Town / Urban Planning, Geography or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in bus planning and other related transport planning experience
  • Experience in land use planning, transport modelling simulation techniques, knowledge of modelling / planning software like CUBE, EMME, ArcGIS and proficiency in graphical representations of bus routes/network maps will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and public relation skills
  • Those without working experience but with a passion for bus planning or public transport in general are also welcomed to apply

  All new appointments will be on contract basisis
