Works just started today at Berth 12 (178/912E/913E). Berth 12 was shifted to Berth 13.

I think for any OC or WAB to go WRI would mean all berths in the interchange are WAB / PIW friendly.
Like what many said, it's useless and senseless to have a WAB/PIW friendly interchange but without a method to have the PIW leave the interchange to the amenities above. -
