  38 passes thru Simei and Bedok South estates which 18 69 does not

  38 is a merger of 220 and 290

  18 stops by itself for 3 stops each side along Tampines Ave 2 between Simei Rd and Tampines Ave 5

  i meant stops by itself as in the bus stop only has that service of all services, not only among the 3.
