Really, haha. I was doubtful of this answer cos 31 also passes through bedok, and upp paya lebar not an estate strictly speaking. It also doesnt pass through kembagan like 42.

SBS 8454 Y (AM 24)
Basically both buses will scroll one full round of route details before switching the service no to the driver side for one scroll and the cycle repeats.
