Anyone know if there is any bus services available at the Tekong ferry terminal there, other than the bus they provide ?
And also from Sembawang to pasir ris interchange/Tekong ferry terminal can anyone tell me the fastest way ? Otherwise the route is really ridiculously long, from sembawang to pasir ris then take thier bus and then take ferry i think i will be dead before i reach there
Sembawang to Pasir Ris take 859/856 to Yishun den 39 to Pasir Ris Dr 1 and walk
where is this tekong ferry terminal? isit the SAF Ferry Terminal & Jetty at Nicoll Dr?
There is... but they would not allow you to go there yourself if you are still in bmt... if everyone crowds the public transport, SBS and TIBS would have problems... If you drive, then the public would not have place to park... so, just take the transport...
Just go to pasir ris bus interchange on your enlistment day and board the shuttle bus to SAF ferry terminal.
You have to take the shuttle bus at pasir ris to the SAF ferry terminal... They will take attendance there.. if you not there, you jia lat... Shuttle bus good what... Anyway you have to book in as a platoon, you think ya house meh... you like you go alone then take ferry back alone... NO WAY...
Sembawang to pasir ris take MRT... Anyway even if your parents send you.. there is not way they can send ya to the ferry terminal... you still have to end up at pasir ris first.. suck thumb...
good leh got shuttle bus.
police/scdf no shuttle bus.
wah seriously got take attendence one meh at the shuttle bus wtf sia so hardcore but how will they know like if you bluff your parents take u there they also wont know mah
book in as a platoon so meaning you will already know your bunk mates at the pier huh
Attendence is taken at SAF ferry terminal cos some families choose to drive their to sent their sons off.
There is often more than 1 company booking in at the same time so the people around you may or may not be in your same platoon or company but after your parents leave, you all will be seperated into platoon level and at that time you will be sure who is in your platoon.
so meaning if i dont take thier bus that brings us to the ferry i wont kena tekan or marked ?

the shuttle bus for the makan session remember..
I think you have to report to Pasir Ris Bus Interchange if you are enlisting.
There are no parking lots at the SAF Ferry Terminal. And also if you are taking a bus to the ferry terminal, its more troublesome.
You run the risk of being rejected and you might end up turing one round by cab and end up in Pasir Ris Interchange after all.
Pasir Ris >>> Sembawang
89 (Board @ SAF Ferry Terminal) (Don't think you will need this)
39 (Board @ Pasir Ris Drive 1)
859 (Board @ Yishun Int)

Back during my BMT in 2000, all the recuits can booked in straight at the SAF Ferry Terminal. We can choose not to take the shuttle bus at Pasir Ris if we don't want to.
I always took a cab to the SAF Ferry Terminal when booking in on Sundays evening as I stayed in the west and don't want to waste time taking the train. Then I took the ferry to Tekong and signed attendance at the company office.
For those who driving, they can park their vehicles at the nearby Changi beach carparks.
now policies changed liao... must must take their coach to pasir ris... only ur commanders [sergeants n officers] can cross the road to take bus at the bus stop just outside of the terminal... recruits are the lowest lives in saf... so just lan lan suck thumb...

Wow you beri black hearted leh...
Wait, its either this guy is a new recruit who dint read instruction on his enlistment letter OR he is a BMT recoursee, recoursees are required to go to SFT directly (cos their timing don't match the permstaff shuttle bus), attendence will be taken at SFT no matter whether you are newbie or recoursee on the first day.

You wouldn't get rejected from the RPs at SFT as long as your attire is appropriate, just that they may question you and give you warning, the most is they will call your company and ask them to give you extra or confinement (at worst).
