SBS8562T on 36
Right-side Priority Seats
A/C Unit
Right-side Granny seat. Left-side is merely a mirror-image. Wanted to take a pic of it but some kiasu traveller quickly kope-ed it at CGT2.
1 person or 2 person Granny Seat? 99.9% confirm this will eventually become a STOMPer topic. A favourite issue is a person being photographed occupying two seats. While counting legally the granny seat is supposed to fit one passenger, as shown in this photo when the bus is extremely crowded it can comfortably squeeze two slim passengers each on the left and right.
Thanks for the update on the Euro V Scania K230UB. Guess it's a great insight for all of us. Cheers! =)

Is the handle at the side smaller? If it is can squeeze 2 person like 8030L... but one will be less comfortable la... Lol...

8030L got handle meh? I got on the Euro V right after getting off 8030L. I went through today's photos and 8030L's granny has no handle. Seat width looks shorter, though.

8030 has no handles
but 8030's legroom for left granny seat is very small. how bout the e5's?

No handle that's why squeeze 2 person... I think the Euro 5 K230 handle is smaller.. so it is possible to squeeze 2 person if the one sitting outside does not sit fully in.

how does it work? when kubs passing thru slippery roads?

It is actually rather comfortable for both sides of E5. At least for me, both 8030L and E5 legroom pitch is good. The bars aboves are also gone, which makes the "Mind Your Head" stickers a bit irrevelant. In fact, the seat is now an integrated one-piece furnish with the cover. From 8033D to this, SBST has gone a long way in the evolution of Granny Seats.
Since there is an interest, I'm uploading the Granny Seats for 8030L first. Will process the rest of the day's photos later.

Seriously.. You still don't know what is it for when Yusry was merely replying the exact term for it. -_-'''
hahas, special thanks to tamago for the estimated timings for the 8562, remy & I finally managed to get on the bus. The bus wise, not bad. Got a huge improvements compared to the euro 4. No longer have the jerky sound when braking, clearer EDS, slightly less noise produced, run smoothly on the expressway heading towards changi airport & have additional seats from 30 to 34 plus 1 more extra granny seats. (Can hold up to 2 loving couples in 1 bus)
To those bus fans who wants to take a pic of it in the near future, u can take the pics & the EDS remains clear when u take a shot of it due to its hanover EDS.

Oh yes, that was a very pleasant surprise. I was prepared to get EDS fail (which was even the case for LAWO OC EDS at high ISO) and it actually turned out perfect!
