  172 and 307 for Choa Chu Kang Int 189 and 945 for Bukit Batok Int PIW's can start taking these declared WAB services from 1st June 2009.

  i thought commonwealth station there also got steps. but i thought that stop is WAB.

  hmm, i not pretty sure cos I saw the CCK int notice about the non-friendly WAB bus stop locations and it stated the reason as "less than 1m clearence".. can somebody care to explain?

  1m clearance must be for the wheelchair to go through since it is supposed to be WAB.

   

  Came across a few WAB Merc on 851, they actually have a sticker on the front doors saying something like, please be patient and the driver is helping the wheelchair passenger.

  But to read this message, the front door has to be closed. Does this mean that the other passengers who want to board/alight at the front door have to wait for the wheelchair passenger? Actually this is also not a bad thing, like the kindness movement, give way to alighting passengers kinda concept.
