  actually 106 should be renumbered long ago, when it was rationalised due to duplicating of NEL. 10X is for S'goon services, 107 should be renumbered too, it was extended to hougang but was previously from serangoon.

  i dun think this is good, with a bukit panjang svc using 88X and the a woodlands service using 88X too, a bt batok svc using 87X and another bt panjang one using 87X too. Ppl will get confuse, i rather follow my method,

  i noe u want to make it with the numbers almost the same like 61 > 861, 77 > 877 and 106 > 706 but i dun think its good. u should follow the current style like 96X for woodlands and 85X for yishun.
