Hey,
I was in SMRT Bus 75 towards City along Upper Bukit Timah Road today 15 April around 5pm when I spotted an SMRT staff/officer standing along the road near the junction of Dairy Farm Road/Salvation Army. There was another one at the junction of Bukit Batok Road/Old Bukit Timah Fire Station and two at Jalan Anak Bukit junction/King Albert Park McDonald's. They were just standing at these junctions holding a clipboard. Anyone has any idea what they were doing?
I thought got wat freebies from SMRT to take..

any bus lane there?
maybe they recording the rego of the other veh that go in bus lane.
SMRT stuff?
think they're inspectors checking something out for SMRT
most likely see how long different bus services take to reach places...
either check run time, or check for errant behaviour by SMRT drivers, or check if its feasible for a bus lane.
erm wait there's a bus lane there. lol
tink they r doing some monitoring.
they just got fined recently for not being able to meet service standards.
Looking at what services to withdraw. Haha..
Or maybe they wan to see if they can amend 178 in some way. LOL...

I lived @ Hillview.
Once, peak hr 6pm & jam, I drove onto the bus lane outside Hillside condo wif my signal light left on, drvg on ahead to turn left (on bus lane) to Hillview Ave, I saw a LTA officer holding a camera @ bus-stop, readying to click offenders.
I thought I had been clicked by him, waited for summons, but since 6 weeks, ....
I thought, if summons come, I will go to appeal, as I stay @ Hillview, & jam, & I am turning left at junction which is on bus lane, etc...
Since the bus lanes on those roads, peak hours cars jams terribly long... fr. Up Bt Timah Fire Stn to Standard C. Bank during peak hrs.
Buses good, we got hell!
talking abt it
Sv 75's freq has been super erratic recently
